Деградация электропроводности заряженной доменной стенки в кристаллах восстановленного ниобата лития

Аннотация
Исследовано влияние длительной выдержки при комнатной температуре на электропроводность в области заряженной доменной стенки (ЗДС) в кристаллах ниобата лития (LiNbO3, LN) конгруэнтного состава неполярного x-среза. Методом диффузионного отжига на воздухе вблизи температуры Кюри в образцах сформированы бидоменные сегнетоэлектрические структуры, содержащие ЗДС типа «голова-к-голове». Проведены восстановительные отжиги кристаллов в атмосфере азота для формирования центров окраски и сопутствующего увеличения проводимости. Обнаружен эффект уменьшения тока, регистрируемого при измерении вольт-амперных характеристик при помощи атомно-силового микроскопа, после выдержки кристаллов при комнатной температуре в течение 91 сут. Проведено исследование влияния условий хранения на значение электропроводности ЗДС. Установлено, что деградация электропроводности не связана с влиянием окружающей атмосферы на поверхность. Выдвинута гипотеза о перераспределении носителей заряда, экранирующих внутреннее электрическое поле в области ЗДС.
